About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at National Bank in Montreal, Quebec. As a key member of our CRM Integration department, you will be responsible for developing and integrating email campaigns using technological tools, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud via HTML and CSS, leveraging your expertise in digital analytics and marketing best practices.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and propose optimization opportunities to improve productivity rates and reporting on email performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools, sharing insights on successful strategies from best-in-class marketing teams.
  • Act as an expert to support colleagues in the CRM Integration department, providing guidance on email deployment and testing methodologies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful campaign execution.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of industry-related experience in email marketing, with a strong background in digital analytics and marketing best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML, and CSS coding principles.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools, including Power BI, Adobe, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Experience with targeted communication systems, QA, and testing methodologies is an asset.
  • Excellent work methodology, time management, and priority management skills.
