As a key member of the Property Assessment Services branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and updates property assessment appeal information, ensuring compliance with legislated deadlines.
  • Monitors appeal status, tracks files, and prepares preliminary appeal documents for external boards.
  • Responds to inquiries from the public, agents, legal staff, and external boards, providing clear and concise technical information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary school or equivalency and recognized job-related certification.
  • Minimum 36 months of experience in administrative services, data entry, and customer service.

Salary Range: $48,123.00 - $62,213.00 per year.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, analyze and interpret valuation data, and contribute to the maintenance of filing systems.
