Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Inspection and Loss Assessment Specialist to join our team in South Saskatchewan. This part-time/full-time position involves conducting site inspections throughout the region, determining the cause of loss/damage, documenting findings, and uploading reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong general construction knowledge, as well as expertise in roofing, plumbing, carpentry, water loss, and fire damage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess damage and loss
  • Determine the cause of loss/damage
  • Document findings and upload reports
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
  • Valid driving license with a clean record
  • Clean criminal record check
  • Strong general construction knowledge
  • Expertise in roofing, plumbing, carpentry, water loss, and fire damage

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be available to work after hours and weekends when needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a cell-phone allowance.
