We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SYNLawn Regina. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the maintenance of beautiful landscapes.

Job Summary

This role involves assisting with landscape constructions, carting and spreading topsoil and other materials, laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, writing daily progress reports, operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment, and planting and moving trees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape constructions, including installing hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other features.
  • Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including skid-steer loaders, trenchers, and leaf blowers.
  • Plant and move trees, shrubs, and flowers to create visually appealing landscapes.
  • Write daily progress reports to keep management informed of project status.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as pruning, weeding, and edging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, work in varying weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work safely around power equipment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
