Job Title: Nurse Specialist - Fetal Assessment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Obstetrics Specialty Clinic - Fetal Assessment Unit at Regina General Hospital. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the team's success.

About the Job:

This part-time temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in high-risk antepartum nursing and women's health. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans that address their unique requirements
  • Implement evidence-based practices, staying up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in fetal assessment and women's health
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Extensive experience in high-risk antepartum nursing, women's health, and infertility
