We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Growth and Development Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Canada and offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Customer Growth and Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales within existing client relationships and developing strategies to further develop our market share.

This will involve working closely with our customer service team to identify areas for growth and developing presentations to pitch new products and services to potential clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business-to-business sales and be able to build effective relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop strategies to achieve this goal
  • Work with the customer service team to develop presentations to pitch new products and services to potential clients
  • Conduct meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Growth and Development Specialist at Uni First, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma; a bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred
  • Proficiency with mobile technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software
  • Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience is preferred
