Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at SuiteSpot. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading the solution implementation process from end to end. You will work closely with customers to gather and verify requirements, configure the solution, and train their team to increase adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Lead implementations: Work with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions to help alleviate those issues. Configure and test systems and support and train users for assigned customer implementation projects.
- Create engagement: Manage communication with clients and stakeholders and build meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met. Monitor usage and deliver targeted adoption programs such as live webinars and video training to increase engagement with the solution, resulting in happy customers.
- Collaborate and communicate: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Development team members. Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with our Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Provide technical support: Provide ongoing configuration maintenance support for your customer accounts. Respond to incidents and provide Level 2 technical assistance to end-users. Log all incoming incidents and requests and actions taken to resolve them.
- The consultant approach: You are passionate about connecting customers with the technology they need to solve problems and make work easier. You can elicit customer needs and be willing to dive in to figure out the best approaches quickly to meet their requirements with our software solutions. You can translate significant challenges into smaller, actionable tasks. You can plan and influence the work of a collaborative, cross-functional team, ensuring delivery under tight deadlines. You have exceptional time management skills and a high say-do ratio in following through with your commitments. You believe in transparency when setting expectations. You can balance competing priorities and meet deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.
- The technical skills: You have experience using JavaScript and MongoDb and editing configuration files. You can distinguish between standard terms such as object and array in the context of an implementation. You can quickly learn new technologies and explain software features and concepts to customers simply and succinctly. You have an eye for detail and can drill down to find root causes, debug issues, and solve problems.
- The interpersonal skills: You take a collaborative approach, offer meaningful insights, and can lead by example. You have exceptional communication skills, and you are an active listener. You can translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience. You can build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work efficiently remotely.
- The growth mindset: You are naturally curious, driven to research answers, and open to feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes and can adapt to setbacks. You are resourceful and can use new knowledge to solve problems. You are passionate about staying current with the latest tools and best practices.
