Senior Implementation Consultant

With a strong background in project management and a passion for AI, you'll be responsible for scoping projects, providing effort estimations, and leading technical project activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and provide guidance on best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Scoping projects and providing effort estimations and timelines
* Participating in discovery calls with customers and cross-functional teams
* Partnering with customer success managers to ensure successful delivery
* Serving as architect on moderate to complex projects
* Performing complex configuration and troubleshooting of Netomi's solution
* Ensuring project documentation is up-to-date
Requirements include:
* 5-6 years of experience in project management, preferably from a consulting organization
* At least 2 years of experience in a SaaS-based organization conceptualizing and deploying solutions
* Strong communication skills and ability to deliver under stressful conditions
* Experience in implementation of SaaS products and understanding of basics of SQL and relational databases
* Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, and API Integrations
