Job Summary

Darling International Canada Inc. is a leading provider of natural and sustainable ingredients for the food, feed, and fuel sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Grease System Operator to join our team in managing used cooking oil (UCO) and ensuring the safe operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Used Cooking Oil Management: Offload UCO from tankers and drums, and products for rendering from trailers and straight trucks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Filter finished product, load trucks with finished product Meat Meal and Tallow, and maintain, clean, and keep orderly the departments.
  • Health and Safety: Follow all Health and Safety protocols, including completion of all paperwork, and report any incidents.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues, and work independently and as part of a team to manage work functions efficiently and safely.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Class G drivers' license, Provincial Secondary School Graduate Diploma or greater, and at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong commitment to Darling Ingredients company values.
