Job Summary:

The Truck Driver Helper will ride along with the licensed AZ driver and assist with grease bin pick-ups at locations in Ontario. This role requires flexibility to work different shifts and hours, as well as the ability to perform physical labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the driver with the pick-up of grease bins and grease drums at customer locations.
  • Direct the driver into the correct position for bin pick-up, ensuring safe navigation.
  • Troubleshoot problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete paperwork and other administrative tasks.
  • Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors.
  • Promote and comply with Health and Safety, GMP, HACCP regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Long trips in an AZ/DZ transport vehicle.
  • Temperature variations and weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
  • Required to bend, twist, push/pull, and lean.
  • Climbing into and out of the transport truck.
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

  • $20.41 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours worked.
