Job Summary

Darling International Canada Inc. is a leading provider of natural and sustainable ingredients for the food, feed, and fuel sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grease System Operator to join our team at one of our processing facilities across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offload used cooking oil from tankers and drums, ensuring safe and efficient operations
  • Operate equipment to filter and process finished products, including Meat Meal and Tallow
  • Load trucks with finished products, maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Drive heavy equipment, including shunt trucks and fleet tractors, while maintaining a clean and presentable condition
  • Accurately complete and submit all required paperwork, including HACCP protocols
Requirements
  • Class G driver's license
  • Provincial Secondary School Graduate Diploma or greater
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, and nights
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
