Job Summary

Darling International Canada Inc. is a leading provider of natural and sustainable ingredients for the food, feed, and fuel sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Grease System Operator to join our team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offload used cooking oil from tankers and drums, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
  • Manage the offloading of products for rendering from trailers and straight trucks.
  • Filter finished products and load trucks with Meat Meal and Tallow.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols, including HACCP procedures and completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring shunt trucks, fleet tractors, and trailers are in good condition.
  • Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, with a focus on accurate completion and submission of paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, reporting any incidents or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Class G driver's license.
  • Provincial Secondary School Graduate Diploma or greater.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
