You will also be responsible for screening program applications, providing general information, and assisting clients to explore and take advantage of ECE programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level support to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues
- Conduct need assessments to determine client eligibility for programs and services
- Screen program applications and provide general information to clients
- Assist clients to explore and take advantage of ECE programs and services
- Provide direct support to program areas when required
- Support administrative and finance functions in the region
- Certificate in Social Sciences or Business Administration
- One year of experience in a customer service or administrative environment
- Ability to gain and apply knowledge of Income Security Programs
- Knowledge of Departmental programs and services, as well as other funding sources
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
The Government of Northwest Territories offers a competitive salary range of $38.05 per hour to $45.44 per hour, plus an annual Northern Allowance of $12,839. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
