Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, and we're looking for a highly influential Head of West Coast Enterprise Sales to accelerate our growth through opening, developing, and leading a new territory. You'll be instrumental in hiring and growing a high-performing team of Account Executives.

Job Description

This role involves driving Pigment's customer acquisition in the West in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Experience, Product, and RevOps. You'll partner with global sales leadership to identify, develop, and implement an effective sales strategy in the West.

You will manage, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in the West to meet and exceed goals. This includes mentoring new AEs with training, holding people responsible for performance, defining and managing monthly and quarterly sales objectives, and building internal metrics to bring detailed visibility to sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins, successfully uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle, and close deals in important and high-visibility transactions.
  • Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust with direct reports and the entire sales department.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Presales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to ensure Pigment is well-positioned to win and support accounts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in Sales Management, with SaaS experience required.
  • A proven track record of creating significant revenue impact and deep relationships for your organization.
  • Experience managing executive-level relationships at the C-level.
