BAJAJ TAX & FINANCIAL SECRETS INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Procedure Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Language: Fluency in English.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
