Job Summary

We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The successful candidate will have experience in managing staff, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and supervising kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that all staff members follow established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and employee performance, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably as a supervisor or lead.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
