Health Information Management Director

Northern Health is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Director, Health Information Management. This key role will oversee the delivery of health information management services across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting integrated care and high-quality service delivery.
In this position, you will lead a team responsible for registration, release of information, records management, health informatics, and business process redesign. You will also be responsible for implementing organizational change, managing complex projects, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your expertise in healthcare informatics and clinical competence will drive innovation and improve healthcare services in our region.
We are looking for a champion with significant management and leadership experience, who can build and manage teams effectively. As a strategic thinker, you will analyze complex problems and develop solutions that meet the needs of our patients and communities. The salary for this position is approximately $123,665 per year, based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan. We also offer four weeks' vacation, financial support for moving expenses, employee referral programs, and opportunities for professional development.
