Health Information Management Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health Information Management Director to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of health information management strategies that support high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
About the Role:- Lead the Health Information Management team in the development and implementation of health information management strategies that support high-quality patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize health information management needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to health information management, including data quality, security, and confidentiality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Health Information Management team to ensure the effective delivery of health information management services.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in health information management and apply this knowledge to improve our services.

What We Offer:- A competitive salary range of $116,591 to $145,739.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
