Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Save Tax Solutions.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 32 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Co-ordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Train staff members on new procedures and systems.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $65,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
