Our team is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Daily Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and logistics.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide exceptional customer service.
