Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Siaana Development Inc. DBA Shell Gas Station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including supervising staff and resolving issues that may arise.
- Manage cash and maintain inventory.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
