Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at IBII Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including planning and controlling budgets, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and agreements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
