Job Summary

Siaana Development Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including sales and customer service
  • Manage cash and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including sales workers
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
