About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Safety Solution. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our office and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of office projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new staff members, including onboarding and orientation.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English required.
  • Work Environment: On-site work required. No remote work options available.

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
