Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our Corporate FP&A team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business unit leaders in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and evaluate various opportunities using financial valuation methods.
  • Conduct financial modeling projects on operational short-term and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide monthly and annual operating results analysis against budget and reporting results to business unit leaders.
  • Lead and assist with special projects within the Finance team.
Requirements
  • Hold a Post-secondary degree / diploma in a related field.
  • Hold a CPA designation.
  • Have 5+ years of related work experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years at a leadership level.
  • Have exceptional Excel skills and experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Have advanced PowerPoint /Google Slide skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of leadership.
