About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of Interac's Technology & Operations team. As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the business, including:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Developing and maintaining financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making
    • Coordinating forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
    • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions
  • Business Partnership
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and priorities
    • Providing financial guidance and support to business leaders to ensure effective financial planning and decision-making
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Process Improvement
    • Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities
    • Providing training and support to business stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use financial planning and analysis tools and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CPA Designation or Equivalent Education
  • Extensive Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Advanced Excel Modeling Skills
  • Strong Time Management Skills, Analytical Ability, and Critical Thinking
  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
  • Ability to Communicate with Senior Management, Including Executives, at Their Level
