We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at The Home Depot. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide financial recommendations and develop reports to drive business decisions, working closely with management and internal stakeholders.
  • Financial Forecasting: Serve as an integral member in the monthly financial forecasting process, working closely with other finance groups to conduct financial studies and build forecast outlooks.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead semi-annual planning activities in partnership with other finance teams and internal business stakeholders, partnering with US-based finance groups to build accurate financial projections.
  • Financial Modeling: Apply your creative problem-solving skills to build new and supplemental reporting methods, preparing and presenting complex financial analysis in a meaningful, concise, and user-friendly manner for senior management.
  • Business Acumen: Apply your business acumen to provide value-added financial analysis and advisory support to the business, developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Process Improvement: Provide thought leadership and recommendations for identifying and implementing process improvements, leading special projects/ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Best Practices: Share and implement best practices among the team and the wider finance group.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Financial Analyst/Financial Business Partner role.
  • Learning mindset.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and business partnership.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and financial modeling.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly and managing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development.
  • Flexible attitude and approach to business solutions.
