We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Relief Receptionist to join our team at YWCA Toronto.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors, while ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
* Greet visitors and redirect them accordingly
* Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization
* Ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-maintained
* Receive and distribute incoming supplies and deliveries
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Co-ordinator or Manager of Administration

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of directly related work experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Ability to maintain a positive approach and professional manner
* Knowledge of a second language an asset
