Role Description

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the President & CEO of Mirabella Development Corporation, as well as office administration support in various functions. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion in communications, strong professional and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the President & CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with office administration tasks, such as managing supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining confidential files.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
