We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our team at 360insights. As a key member of our Client Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through email support boxes and portals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a deep understanding of customer service principles. You will also have intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will work closely with our clients to resolve their concerns in a timely and efficient manner. This includes learning and navigating our 360insights solution to provide answers to customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills by capturing classification data on each interaction and providing regular feedback to the team. Your ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as an effective member of a team is essential.
