As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be part of our dynamic Customer Care Group, which understands the unique needs of our customers and provides guidance with precision and confidence. You'll have the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who will encourage you to reach new heights.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to EQ Bank's prospective customers by identifying their banking needs and providing accurate information and guidance on EQ Bank's suite of products and offerings. You'll be responsible for:
- Fielding large volumes of inbound calls and chats while ensuring best-in-class service standards
- Owning the digital-onboarding experience and helping customers onboard successfully
- Striving to resolve customer issues and queries at first-contact and escalating issues accordingly
- Communicating effectively with customers and propagating EQ Bank's core values of Respect, Agility, Integrity, Service, and Empowerment
- Executing established controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Equitable and EQ Bank policies and Code of Conduct and Ethics

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- A strong customer service background and ability to communicate effectively with customers
Work Schedule
The incumbent should be prepared to work evening shifts and weekends, with shifts assigned as per business needs. A range of staggered start times are available, including 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 12 PM to 8:30 PM, and 4:00 PM to midnight.
