About the Role
As an External Operations Liaison, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience at our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to anticipate and meet the needs of our customers, suggesting improvements to enhance their day-to-day operation. You will work closely with our Golf Operations team to achieve our objectives and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Knowledge: You will have a thorough understanding of our entire facility, including the golf course.
GPS System Expertise: You will be familiar with our on-cart GPS system and able to provide guidance to our guests.
Course Rules and Etiquette: You will have knowledge of our course rules and etiquette, as well as environmentally sensitive areas.
Radio Communication: You will possess excellent radio communication skills to effectively communicate with our team members.
Cart Fleet Maintenance: You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping our cart fleet.
Bagdrop Services: You will provide bagdrop services to our guests.
