About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Centre Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. This is a part-time position working nights, with a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the dispatching of security personnel to calls for assistance and building maintenance services as required.
  • Operate two-way communications systems to ensure effective communication between teams.
  • Monitor access control and CCTV systems to identify potential security threats and take appropriate action.
  • Coordinate incident response efforts, including activating emergency services and directing security personnel during incidents.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a commercial or government security environment, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Previous leadership and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of access control, CCTV, and life safety systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A valid First Aid & CRP Level C certification and a Valid Ontario Security Guard License are essential requirements.
