About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at New Way Mortgages Corp. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure that all office procedures are followed and that deadlines are met.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language
    • English
