About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co. Immigration Corp. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Office to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
