Job Title: Administrative Officer

At PB-23 DRYWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
