About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Lily's Lounge Spa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop sales and service staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
