  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize payments and manage our cash flow to ensure that our business runs smoothly.
  • Order merchandise and manage our inventory to ensure that we have the products our customers need.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our products are well-stocked and easily accessible to our customers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our staff to ensure that they are working together effectively.
  • Manage cash and ensure that our business is financially stable.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our staff are meeting their performance goals.
