LILY\u2019S LOUNGE SPA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet the company\u2019s high standards.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
