Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Executive Aviation. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the above-wing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of our Customer Service Agents
  • Ensure seamless communication with our airline partners and team members
  • Logistically plan and order supplies to meet the needs of our team
  • Review flight logs to ensure accurate billing and tracking of passenger counts
  • Attend airport meetings with our General Manager to discuss employee and operational challenges
  • Update our internal systems, including IFIDS and Vortex
  • Perform light grooming duties and handle lost and found items
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience as a Counter Agent, with increasing responsibilities
  • RAIC/Security Clearance pass
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience managing or building a schedule, and airport customer service experience
