Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

LILY'S LOUNGE SPA is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Sales and Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and manage cash transactions to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
  • Customer Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
