Job DescriptionThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, selecting trade subcontractors, hiring and supervising activities of subcontractors, preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control, operating CADD and other computer software systems, reading blueprint, schemas and drawings, planning and managing budgets, developing and implementing quality control programs, and preparing reports.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must have 5 years or more of experience in construction project management, excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, accountability, and attention to detail.
Budgetary ResponsibilityThe budgetary responsibility for this position is estimated at $8,000,001+ per annum.Work Environment
The work environment for this position will be fast-paced with tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Language of WorkThe language of work for this position is English.
