Administrative Process Expert

At Johnston Group Inc., we're seeking an exceptional Administrative Process Expert to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in shaping our administrative processes and ensuring seamless operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a Trainer position and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both English and French. They will be able to effectively convey information, build relationships, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about training, eager to foster continuous improvement, and ready to lead with empathy and expertise. If you're detail-oriented, well-developed in analytical skills, and proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), we'd love to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your location in Winnipeg, MB. Our hybrid working model allows for three days or more in the office per week, providing a great work-life balance.
As an Administrative Process Expert, your responsibilities will include:
Training & Mentoring
- Conducting training one-on-one or in groups for administration processes
- Providing ongoing mentorship to new trainees and experienced team members
Support & Issue Resolution
- Fielding questions from the team and providing guidance as needed
- Offering direct support on administration work during peak times or when additional support is required
Quality Assurance
- Performing quality assurance reviews on the work of trainees and existing staff
- Tracking and documenting errors and quality trends, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Meeting with supervisors to report findings and discuss potential training needs
You'll also provide real-time feedback to team members, identify areas for improvement, and recognize achievements. If you're a subject matter expert (SME) on various projects related to administration and can suggest ways to streamline or enhance procedures, this could be the perfect fit for you.
