Administrative Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Process Specialist to join our team at Johnston Group Inc. in Winnipeg, MB.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our administration team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and improving administrative processes to ensure seamless operations.
- Providing coaching and mentorship to trainees and existing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
You will also be responsible for creating training materials, including manuals, checklists, and guides, to support ongoing learning and development within the team.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar position.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or performance.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with others, both individually and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and well-developed analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports, documents, and presentations.
