About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Expert and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Johnston Group Inc. in Winnipeg, MB.

As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in shaping our team's success by providing expert training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on administrative processes for Maximum Benefit Administration.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to new trainees and experienced team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
  • Design, update, and maintain high-quality training materials, including manuals, checklists, and guides.
  • Support and guide team members on administrative work during peak periods or when additional support is required.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and recommendations to team members.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor to report findings, highlight trends, and discuss potential training needs.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Trainer with expertise in administrative processes.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or performance.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and self-motivated to work independently when required.
  • Detail-oriented and well-developed analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create reports, documents, and presentations, and maintain training materials.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days or more in-office days per week.
