We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Staff to join our team at Physioplus Health and Wellness. As a Receptionist in our medical clinic, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and staff
  • Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas, and assist with inquiries
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and patient records
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution
  • Operate a switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
