About the Role
As a Front Desk Coordinator at Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships between our clinic and its customers. You will provide administrative support and coordinate clinic activities with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, high organizational abilities, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for patient intake, data entry, answering phone calls, outbound calling, receiving faxes, and invoicing and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors upon arrival
- Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain medical records
- Assist patients with paperwork and scheduling appointments
- Collect payment at time of service and track coverage for funding streams
- Complete data entry and billing tasks efficiently
- Support the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director with administrative duties
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to change
- Experience in a physiotherapy clinic an asset
