Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative

Pulse Medical is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing Patients: Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the clinic.
- Providing Information: Provide basic information to patients and the public, and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Processing Information: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and handling billing inquiries.
- Switchboard and Telephone Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, and answer and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
