Medical Clinic Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Receptionist to join our team at Physioplus Health and Wellness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and clients, direct them to the appropriate staff member or area, and provide basic information as needed.
- Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical clinic or administrative setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
