Strategic HR Business Partner

At Turner & Townsend, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Canada. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives of our Canadian operations by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and practices that enhance employee development, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to managers and employees.
- Guide the day-to-day execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Advocate for employee engagement and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related discipline; CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of provincial employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
